About Ansys
Founded in 1970, Ansys employs over 4,800
professionals, many of whom are expert M.S. and
Ph.D.-level engineers in finite element analysis,
computational fluid dynamics, electronics,
semiconductors, embedded software, and
design optimization. Our exceptional staff is
passionate about pushing the limits of worldclass
simulation technology so our customers
can turn their design concepts into successful,
innovative products faster and at lower cost.
As a measure of our success in attaining these
goals, Ansys has been recognized as one of
the world’s most innovative companies by
prestigious public- actions such as Bloomberg,
Business Week and FORTUNE magazines.
Advanced
Manufacturing
Advanced manufacturing is the use of
innovative technology to improve products
or processes, with the relevant technology
being described as “advanced,” “innovative,”
or “cutting edge.” Advanced manufacturing
industries “increasingly integrate new innovative
technologies in both products and processes.
The rate of technology adoption and the ability
to use that technology to remain competitive
and add value to define the advanced
manufacturing sector. Advanced manufacturing
will level the playing field between small and
large companies, as capability will no longer
be based on the number of employees or
manufacturing space, but on the design of
systems that provide the best-fit and offer
highly consistent products for customers at a
lower price than traditional models
About Course
We are offering a training program that
offers a wider learning opportunity which
includes design insights of advanced
manufacturing processes, materials used in
the processes, and their applications. The
physical principles underlying the processes
are investigated through simulation and
experiments. The course has standard
course material based on latest research
& updates covering theoretical knowledge,
design & engineering simulation, and hands
on experience on hardware.
